Joel is a Chef de Cuisine (CCC), with decades of experience in professional kitchens including as Executive Chef at Walt Disney World’s Special Diets team. Mary is a Certified Executive Pastry Chef (CEPC) and has been his partner in building a life that doesn’t let food allergies win.
